On our last full day in Paris we decided to venture out a bit to the Palace of Versailles. It was an hour train ride, then an hour long wait. Tickets cost 25 euros but it allowed us to access every open area of the estate. We first went through the palace, got lunch in the garden, toured Marie Antoinette's estate, and then the Queen's hamlet. Instead of bombarding you with pictures I decided to create a video. To view, click the triangular play button and make the screen larger by pressing the button in the bottom righthand corner of the menu. Lazy or innovative... you decide.
Hayley- Your video is fabulous. I am impressed with your movie making skills. What a great way to show us everything you saw that day! I had forgotten how impressive Versaille is. Love you, MOM
ReplyDeleteIt looks great, Hayley. It's wonderful you were able to take this time in Paris and that you'll get to revisit soon!
ReplyDeleteYou're probably doing a bit of walking today -- yet another tube strike!
